Exchanges & Refunds

If you have changed your mind, we are unable to offer an exchange or a refund. Additionally, we will not accept returns for items that are faulty as a result of incorrect aftercare.

Upon receipt of damaged goods, you must notify us via email within 14 days with your order number, photographs, and a description of the alleged damage. 

Coloured yarn reserves the right to refuse or accept any return. A damaged return will also be refused if we do not receive an e-mail notification and appropriate photos within the specified timeframe after receiving your order. Additionally, if you misspell your order, there will be no refund.
